The absolute worst and most unprofessional car dealer I have ever seen! Be very careful about their tricky and sneaky ways to grab on some extra dollars from youBehind your back! We agreed on a price for our Mustang and even initialed and signed next to the agreed priceThey still managed to add an extra 1,dollars which we noticed at the time of signing the papersOf course, the deal was already done and the financing was all done, so we basically had no choiceThey responded by saying that the finance company charges them that amount so they have to pass ** on to us!
Also, it was late and we were tired so they took advantage of the situation to make sure they didn't show us the carfax infoThey never revealed to us that the car had been in an accidentAs a result, the next day, we had to bring the car to Ford for repairs and that cost us dollars which f course, they refused to pay!
Anyway, they are a lot of much car dealers all over so please be very cautious about themEspecially stay away from the salesperson ***

Was at this lauderdale lakes location yesterday to test drive a couple of cars, after driving one of the cars I informed the salesman that I was not interested in purchasing the vehicle, he tried to bully me into THAT car saying that I would not be able to get financed for the one that I wanted and he explained that I would never be able to get the one that I want, so I told him that I would try to get my husband to sign for me as he has beforesalesperson (***) stated "his credit is probably like yours" I took that to be an insult being that I am African American and my husband did not apply for credit there so what was he assumingAnd now I'm really upset because I have to put an alert on my credit report because I have found out that this salesman has numerous arrests within the last couple of years for burglary and drug use, now he has all of my personal information A person such as this should not be in a position to have this type of information, this is horribly atrocious business practices
I feel that the salesman *** ***, was very helpful in meeting my needs and I hope that I will not regret my purchaseOverall I'm quite happy and hope to be that way for at least to yearsSorry to hear of everyones bad experience
