Review: On Saturday, June 14, 2014, I contacted hairstylist "Sasha" whp advertised her hair services on [redacted]. She stated that she specialized in hair weaves and color services. Early on this day, I explained to "Sasha" over the phone that I would like to purchase virgin hair and wanted it dyed 4/37 (light brown and honey blond). I also sent photos via text message of my with the hair color. "Sasha" explained that she could do everything today, color the new weave, remove my existing weave, shampoo my natural hair, and install the new colored hair. Later that morning, I visited the hair store located directly across the street from the salon. I purchased three bundles of virgin brazilian hair and paid $169.00. I walked directly acress the street to the salon and met "Sasha". She spoke very fast, but assured me that she would take care of me today. Before I met her, she used an American NY accent. In person, she used a heavy African (Liberian) accent. Her speech changed just as her moods did througout the day.From the start, "Sasha" was rude. She advised me that I was "not going to stress her out about this color". As I motioned to place my hair back into the bag and exit the salon, "Sasha's" demeanor changed once again and she called me "Hun" and said that she was "going to hook me up, no worries". "Sasha" then promptly grabbed my virgin hair and started coloring it. I suppose she thought she had me trapped since she had statrted working on my hair. Throughout the course of the color job, in which "Sasha" laid out some foil, that commenced to apply the color while the hair was still rolled in a bundle. Periodically, she would bring the wet hair over to me to ask of the color was looking good. I explained to "Sasha" that she is the color expert and that is impossible for me to tell how color looks on wet hair and it will dry differently. After coloring the virgin hair, "Sasha" tossed the bundles inside dryer hoods to dry them while she prepped my natural hair for the weave installation.Desired Settlement: The hair weave that I padi $169.oo for ruined because Sasha did not color it the shade that I requested and the leftover hair is unusable as the coloring is spotted and jsut poorly done. I spoke with the salond manager who gave me two different names (Michelle/Danielle) and she added the owner "Ley" to a conference call. I offered several times to meet them at the salon with the hair so that they could see it in person, but they never accepted. So, I texted pictures of the badly colored hair.
