I am rejecting this response because:I was horrified at how terrible it looked and had a wedding to attend the next dayI went to the girl because I wanted a full highlight and can't do that on myselfI am a hair dresser so I fixed it myselfHence why i'm not asking them to reimburse me to fix itI am simply asking for a partial refund due to the fact that it looked terrible, was a waste of time, and I had to pay for the products to fix it. It was terrible and the owner refused to return my callsAlso, no one ever asked me to come back in to look at the damage done to my hair after it was fixedI had to follow up with themTerrible business services
