Review: Business charged 163% more than discussed by taking on extra fees when it came time to pay. Some of these extra charges were added once I told them I would like to pay by credit card as opposed to cash. The other fees were a result of being charged for a service that was implied as free (a quick blow dry of the hair not a blow out) after a hair colour session. There was zero discussion of there being an additional fee for drying hair before the hair was dried. Nor was there any signage indicating an additional charge for this or for using a credit card.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $21 as that was the additional amount that I was charged over what I had agreed to.
