This customer came to our store with used nose ring asked to change to new one without receiptWe asked her to bring receipt anytime then we will change for her, She was not happy about it and acting out so, we had to call for police to escort her out from our store. If she can find her

I am rejecting this response because: The nose rings were not used. I purchased 5 nose rings the day before this incident I used 1 that's how I know it was defective and I am the one who called the police. I have a copy of the call log to show I am the one who called the police not them. I was most certainly not escorted out of the store I left once the police said that this was a civil matter.  I will be filing a formal complaint with the state because I have been given information that they have unfairly treated other people of color at their establishment.
