We bought a new home which needed new a/c unitsOur broker told us the owner of the company, *** *** was a friend and gave us a quote to replace the unitsWe accepted the quoteThey came out, replaced both inside and outside units, no problemWhen they left, they left us no paperwork on the unitsThree days after the units were installed, *** *** called me SCREAMING at me, who had absolutely nothing to do with the contract, it was the broker, that he hadn't gotten paidHis payment was coming from the the brokerHe threatened me with a lien on my houseThree months later (on my birthday, July 2nd) we were noticing the units weren't coolingWe called him and his response was "it's July, it's HOT! we aren't going to send someone outI called my home warranty companyIt cost me @100, to have someone come outThey sa
We bought a brand new a/c-heating unit from this company 4-years ago Every time the season changes, we have to call them to come out and fix some kind of problem They have replaced electrical wiring that they wired, tubing, fan, and have to put freon in ALL the time! This new of a unit should not be having these kind of problems When we call for service, they are very rude! We are a bother to them because we complain about having someone to the house 2+ times a year to fix a problem that they caused to start with Unless you want to be ignored and have issues to galore, best not to buy anything from them They have not been trained for customer service skills!
