I Annmarie r*** owner of hair boutique in the Bronx spoke to *** ***1-* -about the the dispute that she had with Juliet who rent space in my salon who is a license cosmetologist license #*** ,I was told by Juliet that ** *** called her the next day and told her
that her hair extensions were tight so Juliet told her she can come in wash the extensions for free to losen the tracks .she told Juilet she already took the extensions out so Juilet told her there is no way now she could fix the problem.because ** *** took out the extension already then she told Juilet she wanted the extension done over without charging her ,at that time Juliet denied that request .Juliet also said the day of ** *** service she was pleased and even gave Juilet a$tip So when I Annmarie contacted ** *** about the dispute we agreed upon $that Juliet would refund to her she approved and said she would come Tuesday 1-*-after work she did no show up so I called her and she told me she would make it before Saturday but she would call me before she comes
