would take care of no cost. She came back in and I did a root touch up with the same color that I used before. A couple days later she called me or texted I'm not sure. That her hair was over processed. I let her know to come in.an emergency came up the day I asked her to come in another day. She came by and I took a look at it. I did not see two colors.  I let her know that since she was not happy that I would refund some of her money back because while she was in my chair she did love her cut and said how great it was. She did not like the color. Giving said that $95 - $40 is $55. I want to resolve this. I have texted her for her home address so I can send a check. I am rejecting this response because: #[redacted].   To whom it may concern:I have repeatedly tried to get in contact with Christina and she has yet to refund my monies.  I have sent her my address and have sent her multiple text inquiring when I would receive my refund.  I was told the check was to be sent in the mail for her tracking for payment of receipt.  I will stop by her shoppe and collect the monies if she cannot afford postage.Thank you[redacted]
