[redacted] thought the Brazilian Blowout was a chemical straightening which it is NOTShe left the salon extremely happy with the resultsI did speak with her after the service explaining that this is not a chemical straightening, therefore she would still have to style her hair in order to get it straightShe had mentioned that her hair did feel in better condition, a lot softer and shinier and even booked a following appointment for July to have the Brazilian Blowout done againReading her complaint is very confusing as it doesn't make a lot of senseAs far as a refund, she never requested that and if that's what she's looking for her issue would be with "Groupon" not me as that is who she purchased it fromI don't know what there policy is on that as she is already buying a service extremely discounted

Hello Miriam, I never told Erika that my hair was smoother and if you have a cell phone number you can send me so I can text you that the following day I texted Erika that my hair is still the same as it was before I ever saw ErikaAlso Erika never used any Brazilian Blowout products on my hair that I have the receipts that I bought Brazilian Blowout shampoo and conditioner that I used after I saw Erika that my hair was the same as before I ever saw ErikaI texted Erika that Erika did not want me to go back to show her my hair still had it's curls and frizz as before I ever saw Erika and Erika did not do the proper steps on my hair to do a Brazilian Blowout and I don't have any other appointment with Erika eitherI never told Erika that I was happy with my hair after Erika told me " this is a Brazilian Blowout" then I saw my hair was stuck like glue in the backErika did not have any Brazilian Blowout products and I did see only Erika used regular salon shampoo on my hair that I also paid her extra cash for the hair trimIf Erika would of did the proper steps in doing a Brazilian Blowout on my hair that I would of continued seeing Erika but Erika did not do a Brazilian Blowout on my hair and I prior emailed you on ErikaI grieved after I saw my hair was exactly the same as before I ever saw ErikaIncluding after I went to Sally's Beauty Supply that a hair technician told me Erika did not do a Brazilian Blowout on my hairErika was already paid by Groupon and I don't use Groupon anymore at allAlso after they apply Brazilian Blowout serum on one's hair then flat iron it that they are supposed to wash the hair then blow dry it and I swear Erika never did not use Brazilian Blowout products on my hair and Erika did not do the proper steps in doing a Brazilian Blowout on my hairSincerely , A.G

[redacted]'s accusations are completely false and without merit.  I am a licensed professional and been doing this for 17 years. I am also certified and specifically trained in the Brazilian Blowout. First and foremost,I only use the original Brazilian Blowout product. Secondly you cannot go into a local beauty supply to purchase any Brazilian Blowout products as you need to purchase it through a certified stylist like myself. Thirdly she is seeking advice from a local beauty supply employee, not a licensed professional! Lastly she paid $71 for a $200 service which I only received a small percentage of as Groupon takes a portion.  Like I have told [redacted] before what she is looking for is a Chemical Straightening which is not what a Brazilian Blowout is. I have nothing more to add to this matter.
