Hair By Hannah Davis

I spoke with Hannah Davis hair for 3 weeks by writing regarding a hairstyle that I wanted hair color correction. She assured me that the pictures I sent her for doable and have me come in for an appointment. The picture that I gave her is attached. She worked on my hair for 8 hours, bleaching it twice. The outcome was nothing like the picture that I showed her. My hair is fried and falling out in clumps and has several different strange colors in it. I contacted Hannah and Her salon owner, Abby G., and was told that my dispute was directly with Hannah as you rent a chair. I sent Hannah pictures and told her that she ruined my hair and she told me she would refund me everything but $200 for the product to you. Her salon owner, Abby said she happy on surveillance video, loving my hair and talking price. We never talk price. Throughout the process, she never said that what I was looking for was not doable. I had told her time and time again that lifting my hair was very difficult. There was black dye in it as well as Grey's but she assured me that she could do it. My hair twice. She charged me $998 and because I felt obligated, I gave her a 20% tip. When I got home, I texted her and folder I was having issues and she wrote back that I should enjoy my new hair. I contact if the salon owner, Abby Griffith. She told me that Hannah rents a chair and it was between me and Hannah . Ultimately, Hannah sent me a message stating that she would refund everything but $200 for the product . My hair is falling out in clumps and is bizarre-looking and I am devastated. A be refunded me $375 and that is not what I paid and I want the full amount but I have taken that up with my credit card company. This stylist was incapable of what she promised and lacked any ability to complete a job. Not only that, she did not indicate that there were any problems as we went along. She misled me and charge me ridiculous money
