I hired Jessica Robichaux to color and cut my hair. She had done it in the past but it was very basic with only trim and hi lite low lite. I sent her picture of the haircut and color that I wanted and she said she could do it. It was a bob with a very different cut and color that she had ever done on me before. It turned out wrong! I went to a new salon to have it fixed. The salon [redacted] in [redacted] was able to fix the color but said I have to wait for my hair to grow out to get the correct cut. Thank you. Business Response I have done [redacted] hair a couple of time with highlights and lowlight/color to cover her grey hair. She sent me a [redacted] picture of a younger girl with darker hair and asked what I thought. I told her I could do it but they have different hair and she has grey and color underneath. I did the color and cut and she told me she loved it! She even wrote on my [redacted] page that she loved her hair and I was the best hairdresser in NC. She did want me to add some blonde around her face though so when the grey comes in it wouldn't be as noticeable. I said I would and scheduled her an appointment for a few days later. She went on how she loved it. Then everyday until then was messaging me asking if she could change something about it, because it wasn't "exactly" like the [redacted] picture. Which it isn't going to be the exact, they have different hair and texture and sometimes it takes more then one session since we were changing everything. I told her she come back and I would tweak it for her. she said she would and went on how I was the best hairdresser and always loves her hair. Then the day of she messaged me that morning and I didn't see it right away because I was doing something so she got mad and said she wasn't coming to her appointment and she wants her money back. I then told her I told you I would adjust whatever you wanted but I used my products and my time and did a good job that you said you loved and now your going to demand your money back. I don't think that is right at all. How do you go from loving it and posting about it to demanding a refund. She has been messaging me pretty much every day since saying word of mouth is all I can do and I'm getting the Revdex.com on you. Harassment! Consumer Response The information that you received from [redacted] is not truthful. first of all.. I am 52 and I get some gray hair around the frame is my face, that's it!! I don't feel that is at all relevant in this matter. What I text to [redacted] was "I love my hair short." I frantically tried contacting hairdressers to get information to take to [redacted] so she would cut & my hair properly. I called [redacted] ([redacted]) [redacted] on 7/7 @ 1042 and [redacted] ([redacted]) [redacted]. [redacted] had done my hair in the past but only trim and hi light low lights. This time she cut my hair wrong by cutting too much off and the color was wrong. I went to [redacted] at [redacted] @ ([redacted]. She charged me $85 to try to fix color. She can't do anything with cut.. My hair has to grow. [redacted] chopped it up!! Please call [redacted] and she can tell you about the symmetrical Bob cut (easiest cut for hairdresser) that [redacted] did to my hair.
