The customer who’s doing the complaint against Hair by Ricardo hair services probably don’t know or have an idea how passionate I’m about my clientele and/or customer service in my business, that day was her second visit to the salon with (***) *** was in training for almost months (I helped him
because he was honest to me and he just moved to town and he told me that he was in a drug/alcohol recovery program) that’s why I helped him because I want him to became a great hair stylist, most of the times he will have hard time focusing and /or understanding on his training, what happened that day while he was blow drying his friend hair, he called another of my stylists to help him with the blow-drying while he goes outside to have a cigarette brake, when he finished his brake, I told him that that he can’t do that when he’s doing while he is doing a blow- dry to a client, perhaps he got upset and he went to the client and told her what I have said to him (obviously he didn’t like or agreed with what I told him ) and both started to talk between them about what I told him about, and because I notice that he didn’t like what I said I told him if he didn’t like the way I was managing my business he could leave and that’s when she (her friend/client ) got upset and the both left the premises and before she walk out she warned me that she’s going to write a review and that she will be sure to advise the people not to come in, BTW everyone who knows me, knows that the client is first and I will continue helping people that needs my help and advice to become or achieve success in becoming a great hair stylist; I been doing this for over years.I you have further questions in regard’s this matter please don’t hesitate in contact me either by phone or the best way is by email .Best Regards,*** *** Hair by *** *** ***
