I came across Ms. [redacted]'s website towards the end of February so after a long what of her replying back to my messages (that I still have by the way) she finally did and we made a appointment on for march 8th made via text message. Well before my appointment I met Ms. [redacted] at her apartment complex to give her $160 on 3 bundles of what suppose to have been birding Brazilian body Wayne hair 14" 16" 18" I'm length well when I arrived in discussion with ms. [redacted] she informed me that 16" 18" 20" would look much better for my age. Well that was fine with me [redacted]'s it would be twenty more dollars well I left went to the ATM got more money and in total I gave her a $180 so she could ordery hair. Long story short I was suppose to get my hair that Saturday morning same day as my appointment well when I arrived at her apartment she told me fed ex was on the way and to comeback at 1:00. Well I left and around 12ish I received a text from ms. [redacted] to come to a different location to get my hair done which I did. I'm not even going to get started on the condition of the apartment which turns out to be her mothers for the sake of the children that was there. Long story short she can't Conroe her mom had to corn row my hair before she sewed in my hair when I left I liked my hair but when I got home I noticed it wasn't the hair I paid for and let her know ms [redacted] said she would have the hair replaced and she said it came in contacted her numerous times not returned phone calls. I even contacted her mom at her house and cell phone always her chds father mom. Tonight April 16th 2014 I called ms [redacted] from my house phone she answered acted like she didn't know who I was and hung up I've just has enough I knows grammar is off and I purposely left some details out to make it quick but I'm fed upProduct_Or_Service: 16" 18" 20" Virgin Brazilian Body WDesired Settlement$180 for the Virgin Brazialian hair I suppose to have gotten but it wasn't the quality hair as stated.$80 for her fee to install the hair.$250- for everything I've went through with Ms. [redacted]
