Wendy did not provide the service she agreed to. When she clearly messed up on the coloring of my hair, she indicated she would make it right and I returned to her. Instead of making it right, she charged me for the second attempt and actually made things worse. I understood that making things right for her mistake meant that I would not be charged but then following the second attempt I was pressured into paying again. I did not feel comfortable speaking up at that point I was so frustrated and when I did contact her later that day after I calmed down, she blocked my phone number and all social media contact. She is extremely unprofessional.

To whom it may concern, I did ***‘s hair the day before her birthday and since she was a friend of my Clients and a referral I did it for half price, she then posted pictures on her *** stating how much she loved her hair and everybody commented on it and I have numerous witnesses! I actually even have pictures of this so if need be I can prove this.
About a week later she wanted more in the front because she liked it so well and I told her we don’t do that because it can break your hair in the front, she then decided to go the route where she would paint the blonde in the front and then we would just tone it and I said I have not tried that before but I would be willing to do it but we may have to tweak it a bit.
There was absolutely no breakage and her hair was fine but I told her that if it lightens up we will have to put another toner on it which is normal and she was just fine with this.
I was then told she’s broke and has no job and her daddy is tired of supporting her so she’s trying to get money in anyway she can including selling things on eBay so she tries to get money back from services performed and this is my time and my money and I refuse because I did nothing wrong and her hair was beautiful!

I have cameras all over my house so I can prove any of this ,she was extremely happy when she left.
A week later I called to check on her and she did not respond to me.
I also have phone records to prove this! Then a few days after that she text me and said she wanted her money back ...mind you I charged her $75 each visit which would have been twice that and I did this because she was my clients friend and it was the first time and it was her birthday this is such a slap in the face it’s unbelievable. You can’t please everybody I guess but this woman is just miserable, I have numerous witnesses and I have spoken to people since then who know her and have said she is never happy with anything anybody ever does so I imagine you probably have multiple complaints from her for other businesses she just had a bad nose job and she’s complaining about that as well!
I have also been told she’s never been happy with her hair color so I should not take offense to it. This is just a very unhappy mean woman and if you look at my business and my clients they are always happy this woman is wrong and I have everything I need to prove and she will not be receiving any money back from me because I spent a lot of time and about $100 worth of product on her hair!
Please let me know if you would like pictures so you can see what she looked like when she left my salon, I have no idea what she’s done to her hair since but her hair was beautiful and I have a few witnesses that will attest to any of this.

To add to that this woman runs an illegal clothing resale out of her daddy‘s house so you might want to check that out too I’ve just found out so many things since I did her hair that make me wish I would’ve avoided this dishonest person she is a very ungrateful spoiled little brat and she expects everything on a SilverPlatter I did many hours worth of work for her for a very low price and now she wants me to give her $75 back??!
I looked for a phone number and also an email so I can actually send the video footage of her coming and going and also send you pictures and screenshots of how much she loved her hair on her *** she said it was the best she had had done and I have the screenshot!!
In addition to everything that was said when she wanted more because she liked her hair so much the first time and she came back to have more blonde in she was more than willing to do the trial and maybe have to tone it later but as soon as I told her to come back in and we would tone it if it doesn’t look right I asked her to send me pictures and she refused and said she just wanted money and then she asked for the whole $150 so she expects me to work for five hours for free and use all of my product for free?
I am really hoping that you see right through her I will be waiting for your response this is criminal what she is doing!

If you would like I have a few witnesses that would like to attest as well or if the screenshots are good enough that is fine too please let me know.

I can also get the witnesses I have to write out what happened if you wish because they are also very shocked at how dishonest this girl is, I have been in business since 1993 and never had a complaint if anything has ever went wrong I make it right as you know Color is not always 100% and that’s fine and you just correct it but this girl just want s something for free so I really hope you see through this please contact me at 206-940-2223 ,I have a client today from 2 till 430 but I really want to know this is being taken care of.

I run an honest business and I cannot submit to somebody who is clearly just trying to get something for free it’s just not right.

I would like to start by pointing out Wendy’s personal attack on my character. If this is not a red flag for unprofessionalism, I don’t know what is.

I have attached all TEXT MESSAGES between Wendy and I from the start. She told me that her partial foils are $75. In her response to the Revdex.com she states that she gave me half off. This is untrue.

I also attached the conversation when I tell her that I liked it but she missed some spots. I was stating this for the next time so that she can try and not miss those spots next time. It also is visible in that photo
Wendy attached of me in her response to the Revdex.com. It became more obvious to me as I played with my hair and put it in a pony-tail.

Wendy was the one that insisted I come back for her to fix it and describes what she was going to do to me as a “trick” she’s done before.(see the attached messages) I was not out to get a free hair job, I also was charged this second time for what she told me was the “cost of product” which to my surprise was the original price for her foils. At that point and watching what she was doing to my hair I was being very polite and just wanted to pay her and hope for the best.

After her finishing my hair and me paying her, she even states not to look in the mirror until Friday (this was Tuesday). This was extremely concerning. The “fix job” she did ruined my hair… she bleached a solid headband and then went threw with what seems like a low light (a mossy dark color) and pulled darkness all over my hair. She continued to tell me it was "a toner"/ "a 9." I did not completely understand what that meant. I have had my hair foiled and toned almost all my life and this has never been the outcome. And I did not know the lingo of what she was telling me. I went from being a bright blonde with a couple spots around my face to having dark spotty and striped, mossy gray and orangish yellow hair... that was fried.

When Friday came, I reached out to her to let her know I was SUPER UNHAPPY. She agreed to refund me that next Monday. When I request my refund via Venmo on Monday, which was what she requested I pay her on in the first place, she denied the payment, texting that I was just out to get a free hair job and told me to talk to her assistant and then blocked me. Her assistant who I realized was likely just one of her friends told me I was lying and that Wendy wouldn’t do hair that way.. and then informed me that she was also going to block me and ended the conversation with “cheers.”

All I want is my hair to be back to normal. I wish I would have never gone back to her as she convinced me to so she could scam me out of more money and distroy my hair.

I had to pay another stylist to attempt to fix what Wendy did to my hair, which because most of it was permanent damage, it involved cutting a substantial amount off.

After being told I would be refunded and then just blocked and personally attacked by Wendy, I felt extremely frustrated and felt it was important to file this claim noting her deceptive, fraudulent, and unprofessional practices and behavior.
