Review: my wife had a plain hair cut. after review of receipt found she was charged shampoo, cut and blow dry. bill should have been 19.00 but instead after padding the bill was 30.00. then tried to put it off as a misunderstanding. a thief is a thief. how many does this happen to unnoticed.Desired Settlement: I would like to thank this business would be monitored for this type of behavior. and if this is found to be a common practice their license should be pulled and charges filed
