Hair Designers of Cary

I purchased a [redacted] in the amount of $79 for a full head of highlights, haircut and blow out. The front desk scheduled me with [redacted]. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by [redacted],who said he would be providing me with the service. I said I was confused. [redacted], who was standing next to him said, "Sorry, I don't do [redacted]". Unbeknownst to me, she was the owner. I did not want to be scheduled with this person and I was not notified beforehand, but I was already there and sat in his chair. I had to take my glasses off for the service, so what I could see while he worked was very blurry. The cut looked good and he was very nice, so I tipped him and left. When I drove away to my next destination I realized that he only did a partial highlight, and the work was terrible. Some of my hair is orange on top, I have stripes, there is an inch and a half in front of my head that wasn't highlighted and he left two inches of roots on the right side of my head. He even left a three inch "rat tail" in the back of my head that I couldn't cut off until I got home which was hours away. Groupon and Hair Designers immediately sent me an email for a review of the service which I provided. I emailed Hair Designers directly, it took the owner a day everytime she responded to a question from me. I asked her if she would fix it for me. She has refused and I have not heard from her. It is the worst highlight I have ever received and I will have to pay someone to fix it.Product_Or_Service: Full Highlights, Hair Cut, Blow Out.Desired SettlementI would like a full refund in order to have my hair fixed or I would like the owner or a different colorist at Hair Designers to fix it. I realize that I paid a discounted service through groupon, but I expected to get a good service, not this mess on my head. It will cost me $90 to have it fixed by another colorist.
