Hair Extensions

Review: Ms [redacted] advertises all over the internet as a "professional licensed" hair stylist, who not only has years of installing extensions but claims she was a teacher for the [redacted] School who GUARANTEES her work. Around November 18 2013 I contacted [redacted] to come into my home to install hair extensions. Due to her advertising as a professional "licensed" stylist I felt comfortable in utilizing her service. At that point a price was negotiated at $30 a row. She arrived very late at my home on or about the 23rd of November. I provided the hair, the tubes and all she had to do was her job which was to install extensions properly in my hair. At the end of her service she tried to charge me $35 per row, in which I reminded her that this was not the negotiated price, she then said "well since you are nice I will honor the 30.00 price", I paid her 120.00 for the install 25.00 for gas and a 15.00 tip totaling 160.00. The second day a few of the tubes started slipping out. By the third day, half of the wefts fell out of my hair while grocery shopping. I contacted [redacted] and she assured me that she would come back and fix them. She did not meet our appointments THREE times. It never happened she never showed up. At this point I had asked for my money back less the gas money since she did drive to my home. She committed to giving me my money back. However, today is the 9th of December and the money has not arrived. I kept contacting her via text to see what the problem was and she consistently harassed me about my request. I contacted her boss, who then contacted [redacted] she conveyed to her boss that it was the right thing to in sending me my money back but then immediately followed came another threatening text message to me.This woman misleads clients for profit via internet and advertising. She is known through her industry to consistently lie I later learned and based on her inability to properly place extensions she is a fraud. I feel the need to warn potential clients to stay away from her.Desired Settlement: I know longer will honor her to keep the gas money. I want a total of 160.00 back immediately.
