Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2015/10/07) */ We received this notice from the Revdex.com dated September 28, The wording seems to reflect that there may have been prior letters sent, If so we hadn't received them and thus, haven't responded until now The consumer [redacted] had purchased an Andis GTX T-Outliner Black Trimmer from our store on September 12, in the late eveningShe spoke Spanish, so our Bilingual Spanish /English sales representative, [redacted] attended to herThe consumer came in asking for this particular model and that is what she purchasedShe was even given a 10% discount we give as a courtesy to professional stylists upon providing proof of license The following day, September 13, 2015, [redacted] returned to the store complaining that the trimmer was getting too hot and wanted to return the itemWe have a *No Return, [redacted] No Refunds, *No Exchanges, [redacted] All Sales Final policy, although, under certain circumstances, at the manager's discretion, will determine if the particular case should merit an override of that policyWe tested the trimmer and it performed as expected, so there was no reason to allow an exchange or refundOur policy is clearly marked on the receipts and also in a display holder near the register in very bold, large print and most beauty supplies are like this and professionals, as Ms [redacted] , should already know this She later demanded to see a manager to attend to her because she was unhappy with the trimmer and had contradicted herself and changed her original complaint stating that the trimmer didn't do what she wanted it to do, etcShe then made threats seeing that she wouldn't be getting her way Even in this notice of complaint via Revdex.com, she contradicts what she wantsShe states she " DOESN'T want a refund, only an exchange for something else " in the area under the heading Consumer's Original Complaint & in the area that says Consumer's Desired Resolution states: "Refund Now, no more business with this store." purchased an Andis GTX T-Outliner Black Trimmer from our store on September 12, 2015 in the late evening. She spoke Spanish, so our Bilingual Spanish /English sales representative, [redacted] attended to her. The consumer came in asking for this particular model and that is what she purchased. She was even given a 10% discount we give as a courtesy to professional stylists upon providing proof of license.
The following day, September 13, 2015, [redacted] returned to the store complaining that the trimmer was getting too hot and wanted to return the item. We have a *No Return, * No Refunds, *No Exchanges, * All Sales Final policy, although, under certain circumstances, at the manager's discretion, will determine if the particular case should merit an override of that policy. We tested the trimmer and it performed as expected, so there was no reason to allow an exchange or refund. Our policy is clearly marked on the receipts and also in a display holder near the register in very bold, large print and most beauty supplies are like this and professionals, as Ms. [redacted], should already know this.

Even in this notice of complaint via Revdex.com, she contradicts what she wants. Secondly, how would I know if the tremer works or not if I dont try it! Finally,I complaint about it getting hot and that it also wasnt doing a fine clean cut, what I was looking for and what I asked cashier for. Im a honest citizen , I have never had problems or complaint before, other wise USA wouldnt have had given me the oportunity to come live here. Me being insencire and unthruthfull like he says, its only by not knowing about this stores bad service and polices.
