Review: On 2/*/15, I ordered three cheerleading hairpieces. When I received the package there was only two hairpieces sent. They claim to have a "live chat" feature on their website but I could not locate the link. I tried the phone number on the website but for weeks the only message you get is "mailbox is full not accepting messages" (phone number has since been taken down off website). I have sent numerous emails and on February [redacted] I received a response that read "Goig Out. Sorry". I assumed this meant going out and they were going to send the missing hairpiece. Although, as of 2/**/15, I still have not received product or any response from this company for an updated status of the missing hairpiece. From the initial email sent if a customer service representative had contacted me to explain the delay I would have been more than willing to be patient, although this company has made no attempt to clarify the situation or resolve it promptly.Desired Settlement: I would like the product I purchased to be delivered as quickly as possible, if this in not an option I would like a refund of the third hairpiece including any shipping charges. I would appreciate an email letting me know the status of the situation.

Review: I tried ordering a fake hair piece for my daughter for cheer only to find we are unable to use them. The next day I proceeded to cancel the order online,by text, by email and by phone call which they state you can do. No messages could be left on their phone and I receieved 2 generic messages thru email that someone would get back to me which it has been 10 days and I still can't reach anyone & no one has reached me & my acct hasn' t been credited back and I also didn't receive the fake wig. I did get thru the phone one time and left a message and still haven't heard from anyone & I still haven't received the wig and my charge card still hasn't been credited, although I did automatically call my credit card company to alert them to this as I thought it was fraud. I would highly not use this company. But would like my moneu back!Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card refunded immediately
