I am rejecting this response because:Again they are lying about what actually happenedI am not the guy in the brown shirt, that was my installer showing me how dusty and dirty the slab wasWe asked him to wipe it down, but he didn't do a very good job and that's why we missed seeing that it was damaged until we got homeI also asked him if he had another one and I was hesitant about taking it due to the condition it was in but he assured me it was the last one in stockHow can they now say they offered to give me another one the next morning if I wished to return itI did not sign the paperwork because I approved, I signed it because that is the routine of any store when you pick upLike I said previously, this was not the first time that I have purchased from them and they have never asked me to inspect the slabs before taking, I inspected this one because it was full of dustThey have terrible customer service and do not know how to treat their customersi
