I purchased the DeedGrabber training for $in November Two days later, I learned I needed significant work on my septic system and I had to cancel the training which required travel I immediately contacted deedgrabber customer service regarding the situation and was told by email the refund would be processed in to days
Five days later, during degree nights, my furnace for the lower two floors went out One day after that, my upstairs furnace stopped functioning I contacted deedgrabber by phone and email regarding this crisis, requesting an expedited processing of the refund but no one responded by email or phone
I scheduled furnace service for the 15th day, assuming I could count on deedgrabber's written words (email from cs employee, Michelle Hamm) that the refund would be processed in to days
When the refund was not processed in the time they stated, I was forced to cancel the furnace service call and I began calling and emailing deed grabber customer service daily I remained polite, but concerned in my communication with them as they were holding my $and I was in need of critical repairs for heat in December which had to be completed prior to travelling to see my grand children
Michelle Hamm in customer service tired of my calls and hung up on me twice, stating there was something wrong with my phone She lied to me daily, stating the refund had been processed, however my bank had no record of the refund even in the digital window they can see prior to a refund hitting their accounts By day 17, she blamed the lack of payment onto the owner, Rick Dawson, stating he was processing it, gave me his email, refused to give me a phone number at which I could reach him No one responded to my email petitions to his email either By day 18, customer service was not answering their phone calls and I was forced to cancel my Christmas travel plans and seek alternate methods to get my furnaces repaired
This company took over weeks to process a digital refund, had rude and unresponsive customer service when a senior citizen with a disabled daughter was merely requesting a refund to remedy the need for heat in the home during temperatures in the 20s, in the days leading to Christmas Prior to this incident, I was planning to purchase this education for of my adult children, but realized their customer support was so dubious, and the concern of their owner, Rick Dawson made this company a highly questionable partner for anything
I was deeply thankful the Revdex.com published deedgrabber's non-disparagement agreement: Deedgrabber fines $500/day if you publish your discontent (TRUTHFUL EXPERIENCE) online, prior to seeking resolution with deedgrabber I WAS seeking resolution with deedgrabber, with no success for OVER weeks It occurred to me, deedgrabber may intentionally delay refunds in order to precipitate web referrals which will land them $500/day based on this agreement Their non-disparagement agreement was not given to me in anything during the purchase & confirmation, which I conducted by phone Definite "Buyer Beware" with deedgrabber.com and accolades to Revdex.com for noticing folks on their agreement to eliminate web references regarding their practices

Rock Your World replaced the kitchen counter tops this past January Initially the process seems to be on track Several site visits, stone selection, counter top templates were made Upon installation, the center countertop was cut smaller and a second did not fit, as it was three inches too short After much arguement, the owner agree to replace the center and was done correctly However, the second was spliced and does not match But we settled on this to get it doneFinally
Part two: The master bath Again, the stone was cut in such a way that it did not fit The back splash was too big, the center cabinet top was too small, one on the three wall caps was about inches too short and the edges were not as requested In this case the owner did the measurements Their solution was to tell us to get our work done elsewhere
We selected them in a neighbors recommendation Wish we had not

Review: I had my hair colored at this salon and it is horrible. The roots and the back of my hair were not even colored. I have zebra stripes of three different colors going vertically on my hair. When I went to the salon the following day to talk to the owner she even admitted that the roots were not even done. I asked for a partial refund so I could go have my hair completely fixed somewhere else and she refused saying that I would need to speak to the stylist who did my hair. When I called to speak to her about the issue she refused a refund as well saying that she does not allow refunds at all. I never saw any signs in the salon or at her station stating that they did not refund at all. I have since talked to another stylist who said she could fix my hair. It will not be what I originally wanted since we have to do more to it than just the roots due to the three colors of different stripes. Fixing only the roots will not fix the entire problem.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a partial refund. I paid $155 dollars for this service and she did take her time and her product as well as cutting my hair. I would be happy with a refund of $77.00. That way I can use that toward the new expense of having my hair fixed properly.

Hair Gallery always tries to fix problems in lieu of returning money. The customer left the salon very happy, even giving a very good tip. We cannot explain what happened within the 24 hours that followed. We wish she would not have left if she wasn't happy. To remedy this problem she should return to Hair Gallery and allow the stylist to see her hair and assess the problem.

I do not accept this offer. I have already had my hair completely redone the following Monday. It was so bad even the salon where I went could not believe it. I have photos of what it looked like before and after. I was not aware of how bad my hair really was when I left that day until I got home and parted it in my normal part and looked at the back to realize how horrible my hair looked. After I washed it the hair color became even worse. That is why I did not wish for them to try and fix it.Regards,[redacted]
