I have been in contact with the customer, who has been given their tracking numberAfter the first package wasn't received I upgraded the 2nd mailing to Priority mail and emailed the tracking numberI also included and extra glove for the inconvenienceI also told the customer that
if the first package is received to just keep itI hope this meets the request for resolution
