I paid for a product December 1,2019 requested for delivery details and I was blocked from social media site. I asked for a refund if the order couldn't be fulfilled. I texted the number I paid the *** to and was told not to contact the number again. Today is February X XXXX and I have not received my order, a refund or information on when I would get either. All I have is an email address that I have emailed several times ***@gmail.com. I have not received. Response after they blocked me on social media.

This person was blocked on social media for her absolute ignorance and lack of ability to follow directions. Our policies clearly state to EMAIL all order inquiries and to include purchase information such as a receipt. She did neither and did not contact the company via email until after she was blocked on social media for her complete ignorance and making many other followers uncomfortable due to her absurd behavior. It is clear that she has also failed to provide purchase information here. Why is the Revdex.com wasting everyone's time as usual when there is no proof of purchase or receipt available from this person?? Was anything even investigated before multiple people's time was wasted?

We have a website, www.hairhopegrowthoil.com, and our payments are ONLY processed through *** via our website or *** The merchant on the information provided by the consumer is for a purchase of HOPE GROWTH OIL, not HAIR HOPE GROWTH OIL. The consumer did not provide a receipt or proof of purchase FROM THIS COMPANY. If she made a purchase FROM THIS COMPANY ON OUR WEBSITE, THERE WOULD BE A RECEIPT FROM *** AND OUR WEBSITE. The information she provided was generated by her and is not an official receipt or proof of purchase from our company or any other company. How do you allow a case to be opened like this? This is ridiculous especially after seeing that this person's "proof" does not even include this company's name. No one asked to see an official receipt from our website. Our receipts have looked the same for 7 years and this person DID NOT provide a receipt from this company or from paypal which are the ONLY types of receipts we have ever provided. So again I ask, WHERE IS THE PROOF OF PURCHASE???? WE DO NOT USE *** AND WE HAVE NEVER USED *** WE HAVE OPERATED A FULLY FUNCTIONING WEBSITE FOR 7 YEARS. WHY WOULD WE HO DOWNLOAD AN APP TO TAKE ONE PAYMENT FOR THIS PERSON WHEN ALL PURCHASES ARE MADE ON OUR WEBSITE. WHERE IS THE PROOF OF PURCHASE FROM WWW.HAIRHOPEGROWTHOIL.COM?????? WHO AT THE Revdex.com IS ACTUALLY INVESTIGATING THIS BESIDES NO ONE????
I purchased two products from hair hope growth oil company via *** online on November 27th 2019. I have yet to receive my products. I have reached out to the owner Mrs. and the other workers for the company. I was informed that my order would ship out a few ago and that it was delayed due to high Christmas volume of orders but as of today January 12th I have yet to receive my order. Also hAIR HOPE GROWTH OIL COMPANY has now blocked me and is ignoring my emails.

This buyer was well aware that this item has been shipped before submitting this complaint to the Revdex.com. This buyer was in possession of the tracking information before submitting this complaint as well. The tracking information shows a delivery as well and the buyer had this information before submitting this complaint. We will attach that info along with the date the buyer received it. This buyer has also opened a case with *** in an attempt to receive a refund and the items purchased just as she has requested here. *** has denied her claim because they are also in possession of the tracking information showing that the package was shipped before this claim was made. The buyer also requested that she receive additional items for free because of her wait. We will attach those emails below as well.

I FINALLY HAVE A SHIPMENT DELIVERY DATE. BEFORE TODAY JANUARY 15TH THE TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED DIDN'T SUPPLY A DELIVERY DATE BUT IT DOES NOW.
I ordered a hair care product from this seller on July 5, 2019, on her website and paid through ***. Nearly 20 days later I sent the company emails asking for updates and the status of my order and was informed that they have a 7-21 business day time frame. I waited until 28 business days to send another email and express my displeasure with the lack of response. The seller responded with rude and unprofessional comments and no information about the order. I used the *** resolution center to request a status update or a refund and the seller sent an implied threat that my order may be sent out with "chemicals" in it if the order was rushed and has refused to issue a refund. I cannot trust the integrity of the seller or her products and no longer wish to receive any product from this seller. The seller also sent out an electronic shipping label to *** with falsified information that the order was "shipped". So now I have to wait 7-10 days for a product that maybe contaminated. This business is very unscrupulous in its practice and should not be allowed to operate.
