BBB spoke to Tim at business and the following was relayed: We have no record of receiving the product back and no documentation from the customer to confirm she sent it and it was received and signed for by anyone here. No one in the office recalls receiving it. We have been and would like to... resolve the issue for the customer. We have offered to replace for 1/2 of the cost or if the customer can provide documentation it was sent to us and received by us refund in full.

As per the attached copy, we have submitted a check to Ms. [redacted] in the full amount she was requesting ($287). We hope that you would consider reinstating our membership in the BBB given this complete fulfilment of the customer's requested refund. Thank you. HQ

This complaint is in regards to a transaction conducted with [redacted], not HLCC. The information for [redacted] is as follows:

I do not accept their offer for products in place of my refund. My complaint and request to them is for a full refund of $1,739. Attached is my bank and credit card statements showing proof of payment to HLCC for their ($1,600 3 day class and $139 for exam) total of $1,739. So far they have refunded back $938. I would like the balance of my refund ($801) as per my request/complaint. Thank you,[redacted]
