Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The allegations made against me from the owners of Hair Lucky Beauty Supply Store are 100% falseI never raised my voice to anyone in that storeI remained calm the entire timeI never posed a threat to anyone in the storeI simply wanted him to know that he was being very rudeI never raised my middle finger at anyoneThat is not my characterIf my behavior was so violent and threatening, one would question why they did not call the policeI left the store in a calm manner and the woman managed to continue following me out of the store taking pictures of my license plate as if I was the one who did something wrongPrior to walking out of the store, one of the female employees (not one of the owners) said to me and I quote, “Y’all just leave as he’s going to try and call the police on y’all”I explained to her that he was very rude and she agreed with me; which leads me to believe that he’s conducted business this way before and she may have witnessed itWhile I was walking out of the store, other consumers in the store walked out after witnessing the rude behavior from both the male and female ownersI’ve even gone onto their Facebook Business PageThere, customers have nothing good to say in regards to their shopping experience or their business practicesI am a Professional Licensed Cosmetologist and run a business of my ownA while back, I’ve even gone into the store to ask them if I could leave some of my business cards at the register to obtain more clientele, they consentedAgain the allegations made against myself are falseI’m pretty sure they have security cameras in the establishment and if one were to look back at the camera, he/she would confirm that the allegations are falseI appreciate the Revdex.com giving me a platform to express my concernsIf at all possible, I would like this complaint to be posted onto your site to inform other potential consumers about the business practices of this businessThank you Regards, [redacted] ***

To Whom It May Concerns:We appreciate you sharing your shopping experience at Hair Lucky Beauty SupplyAs a small business serving our customer's beauty care needs for more than years, we welcome comments that may help us deliver best possible shopping experiences for our customersWe are grateful that Ms [redacted] has taken the time out of her busy schedule to reach out to Revdex.com to share experienceUnfortunately, her account of events are incomplete and we would like to take this opportunity to follow Revdex.com's recommendation of sharing facts without emotions and explain actions that we can orcannot take to resolve Ms [redacted] concerns.Ms [redacted] arrived at our business with her, what appears to be her family members, to our storeOne of our employees were conducting inventory and displaying merchandise on our shelvesMs [redacted] and her group was monopolizing the finite hallway space of our store and when she and her group was asked to move to one side so the employee can walk around them, Ms [redacted] did not acknowledge our employee's request, instead of Ms [redacted] vocalized in an outdoor voice, "I am not movingI don't care." Other inappropriate language was said by Ms [redacted] before we asked to leave the premise and as Ms [redacted] proceeded to leave the business, she continued to shout obscenities and raised her middle finger pointed at all employeesMs***'s shouting and physical gestures were deemed violent and threatening but despite her behavior, no property was damaged, therefore, we opted not to report to the local authorities and a photo of her license plate has sincebeen deleted.We have been in business for more than years serving customers irrespective of their age, race, creed, color, sex, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, marital status, and socioeconomic statusWe believe we were able to serve our customer's needs for many years because our employees adhere to the Golden Rule and we look forward to serving our customers for many years to comeWe appreciate you taking the time to share your comments and wewelcome any additional comments you may have.Sincerely,Youg SC**(Original ltr attached)
