Review: I went to a hair clinic to purchase a custom wig exactly 1 year ago August 14, 2013. She said it would cost $1800 for an 18 in wig. I put a deposit for $929 with my credit card. She said it could take 3 months to get a quality wig. After 5 months I called and she said it should be arriving soon. The wig cap was way to big and she ordered another one. The second one was too small and the hair quality was awful. It had layers and was not even 16 in length. The 3rd one was very thin and she had called the day before saying she was not happy with the quality but for me to come try it. She is 40 min from my house and is never there on time. I have never once gotten angry with her or mentioned that I spent a $1000 of my own for extensions for events because the wigs are not ready. The correct wig did come on Aug 1, 2014. I purchased and it needed clips put on. I saw her on a Friday and she said it would be ready by Wednesday. She did give me a $300 discount without me asking for the time it took to finally get it right. I called on to see what time to pick up the and left a message that the wig was shorter than originally mentioned in 2013 and was told in 2013 that the wig would cost a lot more for 18 in which is what I paid for. I asked if there was any further discount for the length. She called back yelling and saying very nasty things such as what more can I do for you. She said the wig would not be ready for pick up and that she was extremely busy. I told her to stop yelling and just get my wig ready because my extensions were falling out and I had already paid her $1500. She refused to give me the wig. She said the wig cost her a lot more and she would have great pleasure in not giving it to me and charging someone $3600 for it. I paid the deposit with credit card and the remainder with cash. I have called numerous times saying just give me the wig and I don't want anymore. I have bought the wig. I initially paid her $929 on credit card than paid $575 in cashDesired Settlement: I would like her to give me the wig I purchased. I would like to pick it up like I previously mentioned. I don't want it mailed because she could send me something else instead of what I purchased. I explained I don't want to argue with her just give me the wig that I have already bought.
