I am rejecting this response because: I did not have to use wig until 2/15/That is when I discovered how bad the wig was cut, the singed hair, & the truly poor fit I did not feel I'd received satisfactory service going back to Vivian *** The times I was there she couldn't remember my name while I was there & was quite awkward with scissors, combs, & other tools often dropping things I had to have this wig fixed while waiting for another wig to come in from another vendor My daughter knew I was too emotional to go back to Hair of Century to deal with wig so she went on my behalfIt took a few trips there to find Ms [redacted] working as her schedule varies

The customer said nothing before leaving about there being , she also left a tip for VivianWe new nothing of there being a problem until weeks later, after someone else had cut it that there was a problemThe other stylist could of created the problemWhy did she not come back to let us know there was a problem

Vivian [redacted] has 40 years of experience working with wigs. Vivian has worn a wig for 43 years as she suffers from alopecia. [redacted] picked up her wig on 1/17/17, she had Vivian cut and style it. When she left she was happy with it. Cost: wig $165.08, haircut $35.00, and wig stand $10.65. On...

2/17/17, (3 weeks later) [redacted]'s daughter talked to Vivian. Her daughter said that her mother had gone to another stylist to have her wig cut because she was not happy with it. Vivian told her daughter she should of came in to let us know and she could have fixed it. Hair of the Century will not return your money after you go  some place else have it cut  and then come to tell us you were not pleased. Her daughter contacted us 2 more times and was told we would not issue a refund because she had someone else cut it before making us aware of the problem. We never had any contact with [redacted] after she picked up her wig, only contact was with the daughter.
