To Whom It May Concern: In response to claim number [redacted] When the client came for services she was informed of the services that we offered The client was unable to pay for the services that she wanted and in turn opted for less expensive services To address each individual claim my response is as follows: On 12/14/the client received color, designer cut style (treatment) and commercial extension color for hair not sold in store for the purchase price of $ On 12/20/the client received tracks of double hair extensions with a beaded installation Normally we don't double weave a clients hair, but in this instance [redacted] decided to double weave to give a more voluptuous look since the client was not able to afford more hair She was given double the amount of hair at no additional cost....and [redacted] opted to give the client this service to add to her appearanceThe client was asked if she wanted more tracks for a more fuller look and said no she only wanted to pay the cost for tracks thus she declined The client also wanted eye lash extensions The total cost for services on this day was $After the installation of services the client was styled, blended and trimmed and left satisfied with the services rendered (See attachments).The client also took photos for the staff to be used in promotional advertisements in the futureThis is not a new client, Ms [redacted] has visited the salon on several occasions with out complaint Ms [redacted] purchased extensions, unfortunately, is not possible to refund money for hair that has been cut and installed She was made aware that the extensions would be blended with her natural hair to give the effect of symmetry by her stylist [redacted] , the client agreed We only used the hair (- inch Brazilian hair as shown in the attachments) that was purchased by the client The Hair Palace and its stylists have been in business for 26+ years and we are not in to deceiving or misrepresentation We want the clients to be satisfied and we offer to fix or adjust any service at the time it is offered We additionally offered Ms [redacted] an additional color treatment at no cost to her and she declinedThank you, Management
