I purchased a lace front wig at this store. A few day later I open it a found it to be in poor condition. I never worn it, I, was taking it from its packaging and notice how it didn't look fresh but rather matted. Because of its condition, shedding while I was fingering through it a large amount of hair come from it. After, that happen a few more times. I never worn it I immediately package it back up. I wanted to taking it back to bring it to their attention. So they could see what I was able to see. And without inspecting the product(wig)the merchant didn't touch the wig. I indicated him that I never worn it and present my receipt to him and begin to tell him what problem I had with the wig. He looked my receipt and informed me that he couldn't do anything about that he couldn't sell it again. And that the three day return policy exclude wigs etc. My complaint is that you can't try on the packaged product at the time of purchase only the display product not the product you're purchasing. And if that's policy that maybe ok, but when it just so happen to be a problem they want show proper respect to the customer. So when there is a product defect search as now. And the merchant isn't willing to honor the merchandise purchases made at there store. What is the solution? That practice isn't fair to me as I have shopped in there store and at best insulted. And my money is wasted because I'm having to purchase another wig I am not happy with this purchase. Also, customer service is bad as well during; the conversation the merchant was arrogate his mind was already made up as to wither or not he would address the issues. His concern was his lost not customer satisfy. He went so far as to ask me where did I get the one speaking of the wig I had on in an very unprofessional manner. His only concern was we don't exchange wig. If in the box nothing is wrong with it standing there with his arms fold indicting I could get out of his store attitude.Order_Number: I have the store recDesired SettlementI would rather have my money back because of the disrespect I received after making a purchase at that store. The policy is posted behind the register and also on the receipt. That being said, all items such as wigs and many of our thousands of item, have never been worn, used, nor returned for resale. We follow a strict quality control with our products and especially our Wigs.
