I ordered a pizza for delivery at 1:PM on 02/23/I was emailed that the pizza would arrive in 30-minutesRoughly one hour and minutes later I call them letting them know I never received a pizzaThey tell me to call back in minutes, it should be on it's wayWell, more minutes go back so I call backThey then proceed to tell me the pizza has been deliveredI let them know that it has not, and they tell me they can send anotherBy this point it's 2:PM so I just asked for a refundThe person on the fund said they cannot refundSo at this point, I was called a liar by saying the pizza had been delivered, told I couldn't have a refund, and NO PIZZA!!
