Let me begin by saying that we are as disappointed as Mr [redacted] that the hair restoration process didnot work for him We are a family business serving clients with hair loss problems for over years without a complaint to the Revdex.com or a negative review, thus our A+ rating We are very thankful that so many of our clients are very happy and we do everything in our power to serve their needs The clients we serve understand that what we offer is the closest they will get to having a full head of hair again and they love this option Our new clients also understand that they will need time and patience to adjust to the dramatic change in their appearance and collaborate with our staff to achieve the look they desire UnfortunatelyMr [redacted] did not give himself the time to adjust As you can imagine it was a very dramatic change in his appearance In this case, he made the decision to remove the hair system himself and not come back to work in partnership with us to adjust the colorlength, and style.Mr [redacted] was offered multiple options for resolution He, unfortunately, refused to accept any of the offers This has been a very unfortunate situation for both parties because the best part of the last years is sharing with new clients their joy and excitement of their "new look."Please see the attached "Thank you cards from our customers who feel we have clone an outstanding job(We have received permission from these clients to post them) If you have any other questions, pleasefeel free to contact us

I am rejecting this response because:Unfortunately, other customers being happy is in no way proof of a job well done in my case, nor does it do anything to address the several main concerns I presented.I was promised a product with particular traits - the product I received, which I have photographic proof of, did not have those traitsThis is by no means a matter of "giving time to get used to it." HRS of Portland's own website advertises the system as both "literally undetectable to the human touch" and as having "No bumps, lumps or ridges with the exclusive DermaLens base." You can see these same claims here - http://www.hrsofportland.com/virtual-reality - on their websiteThey claim the base had to be changed due to the length and they simply "forgot" to tell me that - contrary to that, however, *** has since insisted I did in fact receive a Virtual Reality system, in which case their own website makes questionable claims about it given the photographs I have of the applied system.As you can obviously tell in the photographs I provided the system I received has a visible, obvious ridge that you can most certainly feelI do not feel the response HRS of Portland gave addresses this is any fashion and instead attempts to hand-wave it off because they have two customers who are happyThis is not about my satisfaction with the product alone by any means - this is about me being sold a product based on certain features and traits and being given something very different, and then HRS of Portland being unwilling to remedy their error*** and *** admitted to me that they "forgot" to tell me that my desired hair length would change the nature of the base, although as I mentioned above *** later insisted I did, in fact, receive a Virtual Reality system, even though what I received clearly does not have several of the advertised featuresI'm frankly not sure what I did end up with as they cannot keep their stories straight.This is also about a removal of a significant amount of my hair despite it being a direct selling point that it would not be necessary to do so and that I was not informed it would be necessary until I was at the tail-end of the several hour appointment to apply it mere minutes from application - they had my time, they had my deposit, so I was under considerable pressure to consent to removing "a little hair"; even if they had to shave my whole head I would have had little choice but to agree or lose my deposit right then and there due to their failure to provide an accurate representation of their product and to accurately inform me as to the nature of the application process beforehandAgain, it was specifically a selling point that one's natural hair would not be affected in any way, you can always remove the system and go back to how you wereyet obviously that isn't the case for meI'm stuck with a third of my head shaved, growing back slowly, for at least the next year or so before it even begins to look normaland even then I'm gonna be stuck with some kind of weird half-mullet.
