In Defense of our company we would like to respond to this claimThis Customer Opened a claim before even receiving this hair which we thought was oddWe never received an email from this customer or Order notes specifying when she needed the hair or she had an eventCustomer paid for 3-business days shipping which does not include weekends or our 24-hours processing times.( which can be found on our website) Customer was also mad that she had to sign for the package and she was not home to retrieve it so they sent it back to the post office for customer pickupOur Website policy states a signature is needed on orders over $to protect our customers from theftIn our last years in Business we have never been this insulted by any customerShe is very rude and we had to tell her to reframe from using profanity when emailing usAlso, if she had emailed us as she stated we have auto-reply sent immediately explaining our email response time as we deal with high volume calls/emailsWe were very fair to this customer even sending her a free giftWe always kept our email professional and offered great serviceThis customer is just one that cannot be pleased in which we are aware in business you can't please everyoneShe will be getting a full refund once we receive the hair back

In Defense of our Company, This customer contacted us a few weeks after purchasing stating that she was having issues with the hairWe were very professional as we explained to her how to care for her extensionsThis particular hair we have been selling a lot and customers have been giving us amazing reviewsHowever, we offered to change the hair for her either wayWe even offered her to chose any hair that she wantedThe Customer accepted that and said she would send the hair back right awayWeeks later the customer emailed us requesting a discount which we offered herShe then emailed us back stating that she wanted a FULL RefundAt this point we could not offer this customer a full refund as she had been wearing the hair for over monthsHad the customer followed through with the agreement we would not have this issueShe waited way too long to contact usWe tried to be fair but unfortunately we cannot allow anyone to manipulate our systemShe opened a claim with [redacted] and they also closed it in our favor been as though its been so long since she had the productWe love our customers dearly but this is by far unacceptable

Order Hair from the store and this was the best Service Ever that I had to write a reviewThe hair is also great! I can't believe service like this exist!! They we nice and helpfulThank again Hair So Fab! Im a customer for life!!

Customer paid for 3-7 business days shipping which does not include weekends or our 24-28 hours processing times.( which can be found on our website) Customer was also mad that she had to sign for the package and she was not home to retrieve it so they sent it back to the post office for customer pickup. Our Website policy states a signature is needed on orders over $250 to protect our customers from theft. In our last 4 years in Business we have never been this insulted by any customer. She is very rude and we had to tell her to reframe from using profanity when emailing us. Also, if she had emailed us as she stated we have auto-reply sent immediately explaining our email response time as we deal with high volume calls/emails. We were very fair to this customer even sending her a free gift. We always kept our email professional and offered great service.
