Review: I made an appointment at 10 p.m. on 3/** for a 7:30 a.m. appointment on 3/** (the next morning). I got there only to find that all their stylists had other customers and there was no explanation as to why my appointment was not honored. I asked for a manager as I had an appointment booked and the person at the front desk wouldn't respond. I asked for compensation since the error was theirs and they would not respond.Desired Settlement: I would like a formal apology and a credit for the service I did not receive.
