Dear Kelly, I will see you in Court! Your extensions pulled my hair out of my head and left BALD SPOTS.,, ROUND BALD SPOTS ON MY SCALP I have PICTURES AND WITNESSES OF SUCH DAMAGES YOUR SALON CAUSED TO MY SCALP It is your professional obligation to not cause damage to your customers scalp by putting hair extensions in that will cause bald spots on their heads. There is no legal document that anybody in your PROFESSION that would not hold you liable for causing bald spots on a clients head AT YOUR HAIR SALONI HAVE given you every opportunity to make this rightl I trusted your & your salon every time the extensions fell out in large numbers! I came in to your salon and was very concerned that I would have bald spots YOU not once said I did you said I was shedding which was an outright lie I had bald spots then and you not once admitted it so I kept the extensions in only to cause more bald spots on my head and more damageI trusted you and your salon only to find out that you were lying, and are very unprofessional I will not give up and I will and do have every intent to get my money backThank God my damages with balding spots was not permanent and my hair is growing back I will bring pictures from my witnesses that they took of my bald spots from your hair extensions TO COURT...It is in your best interest to do THE RIGHT THING AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! I will not give up, and I will win because I am telling the truth, and I trusted you and your salon to be professional and honest when I asked if I had damages from the hair extensions from your salon I signed nothing stating that you could cause bald spots on my head! I specifically asked you if they could cause Bald spots and was reassured that would never happenI told you that I was researching the different types of extensions and had another salon tell me about the adjustable types and you said those cause bald spots and are heaver Well I have those now and I don't have any extensions falling out in half bundles at a time, matter of fact have came out in the past months where with yours 6-fell out the first weeks, and then continued to fall out in large numbers You reassured me that I would not have bald spots, so I trusted you only to have this happen to me and you not taking ownership of the damages.You told me I was signing a form stating that the hair extensions will sometime have a different color and texture since the hair could be from different sources, that I signed and agreed with nothing more and nothing less See you In Court Kelly, and trust me when I say I will win, and my witnesses feel the same and are very upset with your salon and unprofessional demeaner Shame on you and your salon for not taking responsibilty for causing such damages to my scalp Your hair extensions are low quality and not worth the 800$ and then some that you charge to only have them pull out my hair and create balding
*** had a consultation with us on June 4, and her extensions applied on June 16, Attached is the contract/agreement she signed in June 16th. I have highlighted the pertinent areas*** had full use of her extensions for almost months which is the recommended time period and
according to our records she was very happy with the hair extension service during that time. Her extensions were removed on October 15, by a certified extension stylistAt that time there was no evidence of hair lossMs*** called shortly thereafter saying that she had bald spots on her scalp. We asked that she come to our salon right away because we did not see any balding areas when she left our salon on October 15thMs*** did not come in for her exam until Oct29th at which time we did not detect bald patches.According to the contract signed by Ms ***, she agreed that "there are no claims for guarantee or compensation for mechanical damages of all sorts as in the case of strands (extensions) falling out, the client's hair being torn out or hair loss,...." Therefore we will not refund anything to Ms***.Rarely do we see any hair loss from our extension procedureIn such case, it shows up within a month of the initial application and we then immediately remove them from the clients hair.*** *** came to the salon for regular checkups during the four months, June to Oct 15th and we did not see any evidence of hair loss
We have not heard from Kim [redacted] and thought the issue was resolved. As per our last correspondence, Ms. [redacted] signed a release agreement which states “there are no claims for guarantee or compensation for mechanical damages of all sorts as in the case of strands falling out, the...
clients hair being torn out or hair loss as this can happen at any time biologically." As far as we could see when examining her hair, Ms. [redacted] did not have damage to her hair caused by hair extensions. Thank YouLee H
