That company never replied back to me I had to call them several times after I sent the not satisfied emailI won't waste another dime on HairStopand Shop I will not pay for shipping anything back I've already paid for something I didn't orderI told them on the phone the 3rd call that I wouldn't spend any money on shipping their product back due to their errorThis is the 2nd time this company has done me this way

I am rejecting this response because: it is the responsibility of the vendor, who has my money, to refund any monies to me. Not the post office. I have spoken to [redacted] and since the item was marked as received by Hair Stop and Shop, they are refusing to refund my money. So the company Hair Stop and Shop bears the responsibility, especially since I purchased from the company and not from the post office or [redacted].
