I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This message sent back had no resolutionDo you really think after my hair was completely fried after her dying it three times that I would stay there and have her dye it more!!? I wasn't even aware of the breakage until I had gone to another salonI've spent over $getting this mess fixed that's all I had to my name! I could not get it fixed by Kristin due to the fact I had to leave for college the next morningI was promised a refund that I never got! And when I informed Kristin about the $I had to spend to get my hair dyed back brown since she turned it grey, orange, yellow, and white she ignored my messageI wrote a review on her salon website to have it erased and then she unfriended meThis is not resolving the matterThat's unprofessionalAnd I wrote the review because I wanted people to know she destroyed my poor hairIt had to be chopped off to my shoulders for heaven sake and is still fried! I've attached photosAnd I want to be refunded and I want to be reimbursed for every penny I paid to others salons, hairdressers, and spent on products to fix my poor hairThere are pieces an inch or less long all around the top of my head because of the bleach she used on my scalp! This is absolutely ridiculousThe fact she thought I'd be happyI'm extremely upset and disappointed wiith the service and lack of communication.

ID [redacted]To whom this may concern:As I said before I provided Ms. [redacted] with exact results and servicesshe came in asking for. I spent three hours to insure that she wascompletely satisfied with her hair before she left Hairadise Salon. Shecame to me in need of another hair dresser due to the fact that her sistercould not do her hair before college and that her hair was really dead. I setaside time in my busy schedule to fit her in that day. I only charged her aportion of what is normally charged for a root touch up because sheexpressed concern of the amount of money. During my applicationprocess I did not use lightener of any kind due to the fact of howdamaged and fine her hair was already. I did a three step process usingcolor that lifted the root from her natural to a blonde to match the ends. Iproceeded to add a few dimensional beige highlights again using color tobreak up the line of demarcation that she came in with. Lastly I sealed theend results with a toner which is the necessary steps for each individualwho is lightening their hair. When all these steps were completed she washappy with the results. I reached out to her that evening like I do with allmy clients to insure complete satisfaction. She did state that it may havebeen a little to blonde and on the brighter side. I offered my servicesagain free of charge but she stated that it looked fine down and that aftera few days she was aware that it would tone down. The next day shemessaged my Facebook page about changing her hair color again tobrown because she wasn't comfortable with the color, I expressed to herthat brown is more conditioning for her hair.
