As to the complain in regards to *** *** When I was doing her sisters hair she was present and had a very negative personality since moment She said never had anyone stylist please her with their work
She had been a client to the salon time before and returned to the stylist I am not sure if or timesI should of known then that there are some clients that you may never pleaseI did what she asked and I told her that the only thing I could do was tone her hair so that it would be closer to the tone that she wantedShe did send me a text and I replied, she mentioned that I said I was available until Friday, Well I only work Friday and Saturday by appointment onlyThe entire time I was doing her hair she had a very negative halo that I could see and senseShe also kept talking about hair color like she knew what she was talking about as if she knew the fieldAlthough she is not licensedI should not have done her hair when I knew the last time she came to the salon I lost money instead of making with all the time and product my employee used on herI also feel that she also had a negative effect and talked her sister into complaining as wellShe never did schedule with the salon to add the toner to her hair if that's what would make her feel betterShe mentioned about a client liking her hair well the client did love itI was happy with my work with what I had to work with and the resultShe wants her money back I am afraid I cannot refund her she looked a lot better than when she came in and I would say to her if I could to be a little more positive in life it really helpsBest luck to her and her sister on their hair

In response to the complain from [redacted], I feel that first of all her complaint is not valid. She was a first time client to me, not to the salon. She came in with almost black 6 inch roots and the rest of...

her hair was a golden yellow highlighted long hair. Long story short I am a owner of salons for the past 16 years, a beauty school educator for a college for six and a professional hair color educator for a very well known hair company for the past 3 years. There is a reality to hair you cannot be black and go blonde in 1 process period. As I informed her that she should not go long periods with out touching up because it is harder to obtain her desired results as the first half inch of hair would have heat from the scalps body temperature which would lighten to the fullest and the rest of the outgrowth would be harder to lighten. I told her I would get as close as I could to her desired color. Coming from experience her hair looked very good when she left the salon and I know from experience that the color of the result was very good and maximum lightness her hair would allow in one hair coloring session. She was very happy when leaving and being that I charged her a very discounted price (regularly $150 plus) she paid and gave me a $10 tip as well. People do not usually tip when super unhappy right?
Finally she never happened to call me or let me know of any problems with her hair. She never attempted to get a hold of me so that I could of had a chance to solve the issue if there was anything that I could have done.
Apparently the issue started and she opened a case when her sister did. Hmm tag teaming the complain is what I feel. As a business owner when there is a valid complain I have always resolved the issues and have been very successful resolving them. This complain to me is not valid and there is nothing that I can do on this matter, I do not appreciate these type of clients which team up to complain. I do not appreciate their business and hopefully someone else can do their hair.
