? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:It? is clearly difficult to respond to Krisite, from Hair Artistry by Kristie, because she continues to change her storyThis is evident when reading her statement on ***, I have included as an attachment, comparing her statements she wrote to the Better Buissness Bureau. She is now additionally trying to defame our good family by claiming to have "threatend" her, when acctually, our intentions to report her to the Revdex.com and take her to court to get our funds returned. We are taking such actions Sincerely, [redacted] Revdex.com redacted attachment**?

Prior to Thanksgiving, [redacted] ? (my husband) and myself agreed to look into our daughter, [redacted] , getting hair extensions as her Christmas gift [redacted] and I had discussed this issuesince last Summer and had already put some research into what type of extensions werebest, the cost and the particular care involved in having this sort of enhanced hair style.I called over to Hair Artistry by Kristie in Moscow, Idaho and spoke to Kristie the ownerI found Kristie to be very friendly and chatty over the phoneI explained how [redacted] had just been putting temporary colors in her hair and had cut it short, above her shoulders butwas more than ready to get her natural light-medium brown hair back and since she is aballerina and U.SFigure skater, would like to grow out her hair again in a natural way withextensions to bridge the gap and soon be able to wear her hair in a bun againI asked Kristie if she could look at ***’s hair to see if it was too short or if there wasany reason we should wait to get extensionsKristie said she was glad to and we made anappointment for a free consultationIn late November, the 28th, we met with Kristie and she said this would be no problembut had concerns about the left over temporary dye still in ***’s hairI told her there is ashampoo that is designed to take out that particular temporary hair dye made by the samecompanyKristie insisted we try something called ‘Oops’ hair dye removerKristie also talkedwith us about the color of hair we should get in the extension ‘wafts’; a sewn gathering of haironto a strip of cloth with small loops sewn in on the upside to be sewn/braided in withsomeone’s hair from their head, thereby getting longer hair: extensions which can be cut, colored and styledWe spent quite a while there as Kristie was pulling out samples of hair colors ofextensions her vendor offered, there are also differences in texture and wave too, from whoKristie had planned to orderI told Kristie I could try pulling the color from ***’s hair to see ifthat would change our decision making process and she finally agreed and let us goWe missed [redacted] ’s figure skating practice that day because Kristie spent so muchtime deliberating, however, we felt grateful thinking she was trying to get this rightAt the time [redacted] and I were very pleased with the assessment and thought it was funnyin a way that Kristie kept changing her mind about whether to get lighter blonde wafts to makeit easier for her to match the new color she planned to dye both ***’s natural hair and theextensions, or to get much darker wafts as it would cover up color differences better lookinglike a ‘Ambre’ effect where the hair is faded lighter on top fading into a darker color on thebottom, in this caseBefore we left for at least the third time I brought up the idea of using thetemporary hair color remover made for the dye [redacted] had used and Kristie insisted, “NO, usethe Oops! Drop by anytime so I can take a look at it and we can get ***’s new color goingright away.” We said okayThat week, a couple of days later I put the ‘Oops’ product in ***’s hair and fallowedthe directions exactly as I was unfamiliar with this product***’s hair turned a bright neongreen color and I was pretty shockedThe color remover we normally use will just pull out thedyed areas and slightly pull some pigment out of the hair similar to sun-bleached from aweekend on the waterI told [redacted] not to worry we would get Kristie’s advice and if nothing else I will usegentle products I am familiar with and know will work [redacted] had good humor about it and westopped by Hair Artistry Kristie was putting dye in a lady’s hair when we arrivedI said a friendly hello, ‘westopped by as you requested but we have to grocery shop if we should do that first and comeback or something we can’ and Kristie said, ‘no, it was fine she was almost finished adding thiscolor and she could check it out’ (meaning ***’s hair.) Then turned to ***, my lovely year-old girl and said in an exaggerated tone said, “Whathappened to your HAIR?!” [redacted] looked at me and we were both abashed! I could hardly believe Kristie had just said thatto her after [redacted] and I had been consoling each other for a couple of hours and trying to lookforward to a comforting voice and a process towards resolution of this new problemI encouraged Kristie to take a lighter tone about the matter and we should just moveforward with my color pulling product idea (which worked magnificently) and moved on tomake an appointment on the 9th of December to add the new color and match with theextensions she was to orderKrisite asked us to stay while she was calling her vendor ( we satthere not wanting to be rude)She maintained no one would answer the phone where she gother products and she complained it was a usual problem she had with themKrisite told me she’d call me when she could order with her vender for the waft of hairneeded as it only took two days to deliver once she got them on the phoneKristie also askedfor a down payment of the whole hairdo since there were several steps to this process andshe’d like to insure we wouldn’t just not come back after she made all of this financialinvestmentI agreed that sounded very fair and I was happy to bring her a check when she wasable to get a number of her cost for; the right color at the shortest length for one waft of hairwe needed, reminding her our goal was to gradually get ***’s hair back to her natural color.Over our three visits she spent a lot of time complaining about her landlord, at 687Styner Ave Moscow, ID and her bad ***? reviews, so [redacted] and I just tried to keep her ontopicAfter we left I told [redacted] she was probably just an eccentric artist. We laughed and moved on.Kristie called me early the next morning re-hashing her decision over whether to goblonder or darker than ***’s hairShe also was informing me that I could drop off a check for$as down payment against the total cost of the hairdo, and then she would place theorderI stopped by that afternoon and Kristie kept me there re-hashing, once again, whichdirection of color she wanted to go withShe was adamant that the light/medium brown of*’s natural color would not work and I asked if she was simply not confident aboutmatching the colorShe said, ”No.” but maybe I could get our hair stylist to do thecoloringI told Kristie I was hoping she would do it since this is a part of adding extensionsIfshe didn’t feel confident I could go to a place in Coeur d’Alene who does nothing butextensionsKristie then brought up that she felt she needed more wafts of hair to do the job and Iasked if it would help to shave an undercut of ***’s hair if that would help and she said yes.I gave her a check for $and Kristie seemed to be settled on going with the darkerextensions and I felt she would know best since this is what she’s been doing for years shetold meAgain, I fallowed her instruction and had ***’s undercut achieved by our regular hairstylist, [redacted] The color of green was fading from ***’s hair and was not visible anymorebut when we’d stop by to show her the undercut she changed her story and now claimed thatshe could not do the extensions as her hair was too short [redacted] and I explained that [redacted] ? didnot take any length off but shaved the undercut, that’s why it is now an unfinished haircutShealso showed us a hair waft that was far darker than we expected like a chocolate coffee colorand the texture was silky smooth not the wavy med-dark brown we had seen beforeThere was no packagingKristie said she was going to wash the extentionsThen Kristie informed us she was not willing to put the extensions in, until January [redacted] was very saddenedI was in dismay at all of the work I was doing for Kristieinstead of her handling this process and just before Christmas having ***’s hair in anawkward state of dishevelmentRegretfully, I agreed to January pointing out these facts andthat I was disappointed she didn’t tell me this before we had this process so far underwayI decided her twisting of the facts in the texts was not important to argue with and wasalready looking into the hair salon in CDA that specializes in hair extensionsI also misstatedthe amount we’d paid her, as I wasn’t near my checkbook when she was text-ranting meAfter all of this, it’d be worth couple of trips to CDA, with the hour and a half drive eachdirection, to get this done by real professionalsIn the last text, when she pronounced there was nothing more to talk about, I blockedher number and decided to talk to my husband to see what to doMy husband ***, returned home from being on tourHe decided to appeal to herbetter nature at the beginning of her business hours and called Kristie to ask her to settle thematter and return our moneyShe refused, was quite rude to him and eventually hung up onhimToward the end of that same day he called Kristie a second time to allow her theopportunity to do the right thing and return our monies and let her know, if she did not; wewould be contacting the Revdex.com, the Idaho Bureau of Occupational licenses and possibly take herto courtKristie then proceed to call the police and claimed my husband threatened her.The policeman we talked to said he, by law, had to call us about her complaint and weexplained our threats were to hold her to account for stealing our money and he said he hopedwe won the court battle as he was not impressed with her story but asked us not to contact heragainWe obviously have nothing more to say to her since her latest concept is to charge us$for running us around, wasting our time and giving us poor adviceWe would like people to be informed of Kristie’s dishonest lack of integrity and thetrepidation she runs her business withWe are currently taking her to court.regretfully, [redacted]

I have run a very successful business for over yearsI have never had a complaint filed or had to report a client to the police ***’s respons above is mostly fabrication She made a special order for hair extension hair including the dolor and length of the hair She placed this order with me the day after She and her daughter came in for their initial consultation on November 28, At that time her daughter’s hair was long enough to install extensions, I have photos of her hair All clients for hair extensions are told several times that because I have to order for a vendor the order is non refundable *** and her daughter came back in (*** for the 3rd time and her daughter for the second time) I was with a client the whole hour they were there and she is willing to give a written statement They had had the daughter’s hair cutIt was shaved up to the occipital bone and colored a different color They wanted me to fix her color and add the extensions I made them an appointment just to get them to leave as I was working I knew I was going to be unable to install the extensions with the new haircut and did not want the liability of a color correction as her hair had been colored quite a few times by another stylist in another salon There was no reason to color or cut her hair prior to installation of the hair extension and I told them that when *** ordered them and again when they were there to see the extension hair which the daughter said she loved I have responded to this complaint previously I was able to return the extensions and receive a refund less restocking fees I gave them the same consideration and returned their money via registered letter on Dec.26, They signed for the letter I was never rude to either of them and if the daughter was upset about anything I truly apologize to her If anyone wants anymore information about this somplaint feel free to call me at *** As far as ***’s complaint goes it is mostly fabricated I do not know what else I can do They have the check and it is not my problem if they don’t cash it Most returns come with a restocking fee and I did charge them $for over hours of in person and on the phone consultations as well as $for shipping and registered letter Thank You Kristie M***

First of all I have never met *** *** His wife called and had a minute consultation by phone about hair extensions I always give a free minute in person consultation and charge $per minutes after that I made an appointment with *** in the afternoon of November
28, at 3: She and her daughter came in and wanted to order blonde hair extension ***, her daughter did not have blonde hair at all It was a brown with hints of blue and green *** said she was going to bleach *** hair out to blonde as I said I would not do a color correction I refused for several reasons One of them being that they got it colored at another salon and I have no idea what color line they use I suggested to *** that she use a product called color Opps as it is more gentle than bleachI also refused to order blonde hair extensions for them I told them they could order them if they wanted to as *** said she would have to check with her husband about the cost of the hair and the cost of installing them They are two totally separate transactions They hair is theirs when they order it as it is non refundable The service for installation is made after the hair comes in They were still there when my 4:appointment, ***, came in and Judy had to wait about more minutes for them to leave The next day *** came in alone around 12: I was cutting *** hair *** introduced herself into our conversation while she waited I then spend about minutes (my lunch break) with *** She looked through my gallary of hair extension pictures as well as the color swatch for hair extensions She liked the very dark Brown color I told I though that was a good idea as I could just color *** hair and cut in when I installed the extensions She paid in full $for the hair only! I do charge a commission on extension hair so once again told *** she could order them herself and I would give her the information to do so She wanted me to do it My next client *** came in and had to wait while I ordered them for her His appointment was at 1: She was there approximately hour When the hair came in I called *** and she made an appointment to have them installedShe called a few days later to cancel as she said she wanted *** hair to grow out a little I agreed as her hair was quite short to be adding extensions but still doable She called a couple more times and said she wanted to have *** hair shaved in the back to have a flower design in the nape I asked her not to do anything until we put in the extensions as it is impossible to cover the beads and sewing with her nape shaved *** left a message on my cell phone on Dec12, 8:32a.mto ask about getting *** hair done before Christmas I did not have time to call her back before she an *** came in at around 2:that same day I was with a client applying color, *** I turned to look at them and was shocked that *** hair was shaved and a different color She tried to tell me I told her to color and cut her hair This was just a blatant lie! The only time I told her to do anything was back on November when I suggested color opps as opposed to bleach when they wanted blonde hair extensions *** informed me that *** (her stylist) should cut and color hair with hair extensions in so I was under the assumption that all I had to do was install the extensions My client heard every word and is will to testify to this conversation They were there about an hour as *** color stays on for minutes and they did not leave until I was ready to rinse herI had made an appointment for *** at that time for Tuesday the 19th but was not sure what I was even going to be able to doI called *** on the next morning to make sure she was going to have her hair colored by *** before we tried to put the extensions in She called me back around 12:while *** was there and said *** could not do it and I said I did not have time to color and put in hair extensions before Christmas She got mad and said “I guess my daughter is just going to have *** up hair for Christmas and hung up on me I texted her at 1:suggesting I just color her hair She texted back that that was fine After a lot of thought I was very concerned that they would not be happy with putting in hair extensions at that time as I thought it would look terrible and the whole idea about the hair extensions in the first place was to make *** feel better as she was having some trouble with bullying by a girl at school She told me her name if you need it I did not agree but was going along with *** as “the customer is always right” On Dec.16th at 3:I texted *** and told her I would not be able to do any services on her daughter I explained why in a very lengthy text I asked her to please come and pick up her hair as it was non refundable She could always find someone else to put them in She texted that she wanted her money back and that she and her husband would be in to discuss this Her husband then called me on the morning of the 19th I told him that his wife was well aware of the fact that the special ordered hair was non refundable and any other person that did hair extensions could use it as most people order from the same place He threatened me by saying I better give him a full refund or I would not be happy with what happened next He hung up on me I then called *** *** and they agreed to take the unwashed hair back as it was in it’s original condition I texted them at 12:on Tuesday the 19th verbatim “I am refunding your money less shipping fees and consultaion charges This is not my policy I would appreciate it if you would not threaten me or contact me again in any way I will mail you a cashier’s check *** * *** *** I then called the police when my client *** was in as I felt very threatened by his words and his tone of voice Before *** was done *** called again at about 3:to tell me he is taking action that cannot be undone *** began recording my part of the conversation I asked him if he got the text about the refund He did not say but said it was unexceptable to keep any of the moneyI then contacted the police again as they told me to if he called again I was informed that they were trying to reach *** and *** as it was considered harrasment as they continually called during working hours with total disregard to whose time they were interruptingI spent over hours total with this family and do not work for free I charged them only $for consultations which does not even begin to cover my time and for shipping I sentthem personal check on December 26th as I was out for Christmas from the 24th to the 27th I sent a registered letter which has been received by *** with a note and a check for $ I believe this is more than fair
