One of them got another plate of food that we just brought out. Not like what they said that they waited for 40 minutes and eat nothing, there is just 30 minutes between they came in and leave( video prove). After ate two plates of food, she asked for more refill, then staff asked what she want to eat, she said Honey Chicken. Because we are taking the zero waste challenge so we didn't refill everything at end of the day, but we'd like to refill the food that customers prefer to eat.
