Response: When [redacted] called we were surprised to hear her complaint because even the cheapest synthetic hair should not tangle so quickly. I talked to her on a Thursday for the first time (I don't remember the exact date), then I contacted our sales rep. After a lot of back and forth, he said he would send me a UPS shipping label and I was to mail the hair to his office in California. He asked me to act in proxy to take a preliminary look at the hair and tell him my thoughts. I called [redacted] back and planned for her to come in on the following Saturday (this is the week after she first called) to 1. hand over the hair and 2. show me the receipt. She never showed. About two weeks later she called again complaining, and said her hairdresser did not have the time to take the hair out to make the Saturday meeting. It actually would have been beneficial for me to see the hair in place as well. Unfortunately, she did not bother to call or let me know what was happening. At this time she started complaining that she did not like our exchanges policy, before that she seemed okay with it, we hadn't really discussed it in much detail. She claimed that the sales rep.
