I am writing in response to the letter (ID [redacted] ( [redacted] )) addressed to Hairitage Family Salon, [redacted] ***I have attempted numerous time to reach your office [redacted] and have also visited the link [redacted] where I have found no information as to where I would be able to fill out any formsWe received two letters one dated 3-16-and 3-27-Unfortunately we did not receive the first letter, however we did respond to the review that was left via Google ReviewsIt was very upsetting to hear the news, especially due to the fact we always tell our color clients at Hairitage to return immediately if they are not satisfied with the services performedWe are always happy to correct the issue free of chargeAfter we saw the review on google we responded immediately [redacted] left her review on March 12th, and we responded on March 15, Therefore, we handled the matter personally before we received the letter from your offices (Misplaced Letter Dated: March 16, 2017)We apologized and ultimately fully refunded the amount in which she payed for the services performed on March 11, The full amount payed in Cash was $as agreedI have attached three documented sources in which we responded to our unsatisfied consumerWe addressed all issues in response to her review on Google, to which we then communicated by text (messaged provided below), and finally resolved the complaint by a full refund of $Furthermore, we offered to “exchange issues with a corrective service and complimentary haircut)” or “refunded the amount spent on March 11,of $120.00."Just so it be known we have been in business for years going on and we have never had any complaints that we could not resolveWe are happy to serve our clients with great integrity and always take matters into our own hands to make sure that each and every client walks out of our doors satisfied.Thank you, [redacted] Hairitage Family SalonAssistant ManagerPersonal Email: [redacted] Mobile Phone: [redacted] Hairitage Family SalonOwner’s: [redacted] and [redacted] Business Phone: [redacted] Email: [redacted]

Revdex.com: Yes I did get my money back which was$ im not not happy with only that I had to pay $out of my pocket to fix Hairitage family salon mistake and its not fair! I had to get my hair cut because it was burn I also had to get it colored and few treatmentThey never offered to give me treatment or pay the cost of what I had to pay because of ***
