First off I'd like to say that I am a business owner of a salon. I had called to get information for my 92-year-old dad. He had bought a piece incorrectly so I was trying to make it right. I talked to a lady named Kate (manager) on the phone, she was absolutely disrespectful to not only myself but my 92-year-old father as well. Perhaps when my father had talked to her on the phone he had misspoken or said something incorrect. So when I finally was able to talk to Kate the manager she began our conversation terribly right off the bat; immediately she had an attitude and was treating me very poorly. From business woman to business women that is extremely unprofessional and unfair. We will no longer send business their way and I told my father never to buy from them again.
This is Jay ***, owner of HPW. Our records show this customer called us 8 times before ordering. We are always leery of sending a stock unit out to a customer who is unsure of his or her color, but we did so at this customer's request. We usually ask customers who are unsure of color to send in a sample so we can match it. Unsurprisingly, the customer returned the stock unit, and then asked us to send him another of a completely different color (color 6 the 2nd time vs 20 the first time, nothing alike), and we again were hesitant and advised him to send a sample along instead. He insisted, and we sent a 2nd unit to him but explained first that this was the final exchange, and we would not be doing a 3rd exchange. We charged no additional shipping for the exchange. Again, he returned the unit since the color was off. When he asked to do this for a 3rd time, we mentioned that we would not be doing any more exchanges, that we had advised him and marked the invoice as final exchange, and this is when he put his daughter on the phone. Our office manager Kay explained calmly what had taken place, and that this was a final exchange. After hearing the simple facts this lady called Kay a "b
h" and hung up. Our staff assists hundreds of customers every month and we pride ourselves on great customer loyalty.
I should add, then we were of course going to refund the item (and have) once returned. -Jay
I have been using Hairpiece Warehouse for over 2 years. The orders are always spot on. I have used many of the on-line suppliers and I am very imprssed with the hair quality and overall quality of HPW. Very pleased.
I have been using Hairpiece Warehouse for over 2 years. I have ordered both custom and stock but I order mainly custom nowadays. I have found their product to be the best quality I can order on the internet, with very good hair quality and their office is very organized and always gets my order right. I highly recommend Hairpiece Warehouse.
