Review: I am a blonde with graying hair. I have colored my hair for many years and never had this issue before. On 5/10/14 I went to Hairquarters Salon to ask "[redacted]" (who had handle me her card on the street in front of the salon several weeks ago)to ask for highlights in my hair. She did the highlights and they turn out "very red" highlights not light/dark blonde that I expected. I did not like it and voice my opinion and I relied on the stylist to tried to correct it by dyeing the rest of my hair another "blonde color". They turned all my hair "dark red" and I was not happy but paid $80.00 and le. It looked bad in outside light and my home lights. The cut was wrong; not even on both sides of my face. I was not happy so when back the next day 5/11/14 (Mother's Day) and tried to tell them it was not right. They agreed that it looked wrong and "[redacted]" set out to make me happy. [redacted], the stylist, tried corrected the hair cut and then tried to take the "red" and turn it to blonde. I ask for a lighter shade but they insisted that I try what they wanted, so I trusted them to know what was best. That results was "DARK" brown not blonde. I was not happy and at all and the stylist said I should talk to the manager. So, I went to the manager on Monday 5/12/14 and she said that she could not give me refund only the owner could. I ask for her information and told she would be there on Wednesday 5/14 and I could come back then.Today, Tuesday, at 5:50 pm the OWNER (called me at home. She suggested that I not come in tomorrow because she would not give me a refund for the cost. She said I was processed and that she could not justify taking money away from the stylists. They did what I had ask them to do and if I was not satisfied it was on me to accept the cost. They would not refund the cost ($80.00). I feel that this unfair and they need to resolve this issue. I don't have money to throw away. This was my mother's day present to get my hair done and I feel cheated.Desired Settlement: [redacted] (owner) and [redacted] (Manger) need to refund my $80.00 so I can go somewhere else to have the color correction. I don't trust them now to correct it back to blonde. I have to wait three week before I can color again. I have to live with this dark hair until it washes out and I don't know what will happen when someone else tries to correct the color.
