In response to Ms***'s complaint, to put it simply, it's completely erroneousUnfortunately, Ms*** is making a complaint due to buyers remorseExtensions are an expensive service, which is why we take full precaution to
protect our business when someone wants their money refunded after regretting to make a substantial investment in their appearanceAttached you will find an image with Ms***'s appointment showing she was not alone with the stylist at anytimeAnother employee named Ash Ammon was present the entire timeThere is also a copy of the contract Ms*** signed, which she did get a copy ofThere is also a copy of her receipt, which indicates she may not receive a refundFinally, I included images of her extensions, which show perfect color and placementAdditionally, the salon Artistic Director, Jenessa Vetter, checks every set of extensions, which she did with Ms***, and also agreed the placement was perfectFurthermore, the amount she paid included $in product, and $for gratuityher actual service was $It's unfortunate that she would make claims against a reputable businessIf she continues to make claims, I will not hesitate to protect my business and seek damagesShould you have any further questions, I am available anytimeThank you, *** *** Owner, Hair Rx LLC

Unfortunately the response is inaccurate; but clearly there can be no resolutionI'm disappointed that I am being depicted as a liar with buyers remorse, as that is not the caseUpon the removal of the extensions being discussed, I had them replaced with a new set utilizing the exact same technique with no problemsMoney is not the issue; I only wanted to have my voice heard as a consumerAs to the "seeking damages" statement no one beyond the business, myself and the Revdex.com has any knowledge of my complaintAgain I'm disappointed that my concerns would be recieved with what I perceive as a threat to take legal action when none is warrantedNo harm has been done and I am within my rights to file a complaint with the Revdex.comI consider this matter /case closed and will not recieve further correspondence
