I placed an order july 12 . My package was supposedly delivered by fedex and some unknown person signs for my package. Ok cool it happens I called fedex and shophairwigs to inform them and the claim is started. I was told by desiree that after 10 business days if claim is approved they will issue a full refund. I don't understand how.the company tells me to wait 10 busineas days for my fedex to approve the claim . Then email me saying its denied and to call fedex once I call fedex and they reverse the decision and finally approve it now they are telling me I have to wait for the check to be issued to them for them to issue my refund. This makes little to no sense to me and this should have been explained to me in the inital email  not 10 days after the fact! And fyi I shouldnt havent do their job by calling fedex theyre the ones that shipped it through them making customers do your legs work is ridiculous

I was charged 49.53 for a unit that I did not receive from SHOPHAIRWIGS.COM. First off it takes forever to get a cs rep on the phone. When I finally got through I ask about my purchase and was informed that it was on back order. That would hv been fine if they would've emailed me to let me know this. When I purchased this item it clearly stated "in stock" (so why would it be on back order). The rep says no it wasn't and that the web site says it could take up to 7 days from getting it from the manufacturers. So in stock on this website actually doesn't mean in stock. I ask for the order to be cancel and a refund. Rep tells me that my card was never charged and I informed her that my bank statement says different (I checked it a day b4 calling) she tells me to check it again because they do not take the money out until the order had ship. Yet I received this email from them:

Which clearly stating that I hv been charged which backs up with what I was saying. Now the rep has an attitude and I ask to speak with her supervisor because Im not going to hv a spit fight w/her over what I know which is my account was -$49.53. She tells me the supervisor was busy on another call and couldn't talk to me rght now. So I told her I'll hold. Mins later the supervisor informed me that the order was canceled and that money was never taken out of my account. I explained to her the same as the rep that it was so she tells me that it was just pending and that it was on an authorized hold then asks me if I knew what that meant (TF). I've had a bank account and order so much over the years so I know whats what. So she asks me to call my bank to take the authorized hold off. I call and tried to connect the two calls (failed)I call the bank and yes the bank tells me that the card was charged and no it wasn't pending no hold or anything. I tried calling them back and now I Cnt get through once again ????????????.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I made a mistake of reading the reviews on them to late (after purchase and not receiving my item).
