I recently was told I had a leaky valve to my old dishwasherBefore installing my new dishwasher, I called PlumbPlumber for service - repair of leaky valve, removal of old appliance and installation of new dishwasher The servicemen were late for the scheduled 7:am appointmentWithin minutes, the plumber was able to establish that the valve was not damaged The removal and installation of the dishwasher, however, for some inexplicable reason, took over hours Incompetence versus driving up the service cost of my appointment The plumber frequently "misplaced" his screwdriver, spent time looking for it, multiple trips outside to truck for unknown reasons ( smoking break?) and dripped a hallway long trail of water on my carpet Total cost to me was $frustrating dollars
This is a poorly run service and I would not recommend this company to anyone
