- On 6/26/I ordered a leather kilt for $at a street fairI was told it would be delivered in weeks - On 8/1, I inquired about my order, which had not been deliveredOn 8/2, VP Stacey H [redacted] told me the manufacturer would deliver it in weeks and they would get back to me when they knew more - On 9/8, I inquired about the kilt, which still had not been delivered, and said I wanted either asap delivery of the kilt or my money refundedI received no response - On 9/13, I sent an email saying that if I didn't receive a response by the end of the week, I'd be contacting my credit card company - On 9/15, I got an email from Dennis M [redacted] talking about his personal problems that led to the kilt not being orderedHe promised to get back to me in days with a delivery date - It is now 10/and I have not heard further from anyone at De Rosa's Boots and Exquisite Leathers regarding the $kilt that was to have been delivered in mid-July Note: These interact

I purchased a special order and the Great Plains Renaissance Festival 4-24-with this vendor, the order was to be completed within 6-weeksAfter weeks I spoke with him and he said he was having issues with one of the items for the special orderThis went on several weeksI kept contacting him on a bi-weekly basis, For the last weeks he will no longer answer his personal cell phone 949-981-I have left numerous messages telling him since he cannot produce the product ordered to refund my money ($249.00)He has made this take much longer than needed with excuses, long enough our financial institution says they can do nothing (must be handled within days)I have paperwork showing the order, what was to be done and a receipt for the charges, which I would be happy to send youPlease assist me in doing whatever is necessary to make sure no one else goes through this with himThank you

I purchased a few pair of boots while attending *** *** ** *** *** *** *** in Tavares Floridapairs of boots I bought from him he didn't have the sizes at the booth and said it would take up to a 3-business days to send as they weren't specialty items We bought them with that understanding as the boots were needed for an important show we were all a part of
