I have been going to hakim for years getting my glassesNever had a problemFor the most part the staff has been okNot always happy to be there but there to assist youOne of my twinsBroke the arm off my glassesOnly one bolt was broke and the other still attachedSo not completely brokenBut broken that I couldn't wear themI put them away and the next time I was into Peterborough I would drop them offI dropped them offThe next time I came to pick them up I noticed scratches on the sides of my glasses that weren't there when I dropped them off and I have pictures to prove itI have been back and forth with head office and now they say there is nothing they can do for the damage that the guy caused when fixing my glassesThis is simply outragesThis is what I get of years loyalty for buying my glasses from your companyThe guy at the Peterborough hakim on George street needs to take responsibility for damaging a customers glasses

A joke of a business!! Over spent, shorted out my entire truck, I have not had my truck in over a month, they have lied to my face over and over! The best excuse was today ! And I quote !! " the tint on the windows cause problems" seriously !! Zero satisfaction is what you will receive at this business !

Parklane has not conducted a regular inspection and/or given me a report on the condition of my rental house since I hired them as property manager
