We went to said business had eyes examined, the one female working there very rude and not friendly at all. At first thought ok bad day, after eye exam we felt pressured into ordering our glasses from them. Was not given option to shop around, needless to say over 1500$ for glasses told would be 2-3 weeks for glasses to be ready! That was fine, in 2.5 weeks 2 pair were ready but 3 rd pair not ready yet had to pay full amount and only have 2 pair glasses. Same female was working and her customer services skills still very poor*** So now 4 weeks later still do not have 3 rd pair glasses but also one of our pair have broke already, I have sent complaint into head office and keep getting run around? *** the gist of the story is we have looked around found the exact same glasses for get this 1000$ for 3 pair and could have guaranteed delivery within 10 business days. I have recently sent email to head office yet again asking if they plan on responding have them 24 hours to respond or I was going to Revdex.com and also contacting lawyer. ***

Refund Well to be honest I have worn glasses since I was 4 years old I have never ever felt so uncomfortable in all my life! I would like a refund of some sort and an apology

I am writing in regards to Mrs Collette*** I understand that a complaint has been filed. We have tried on several occasions to contact the customer in question thru our store as well head office has made several attempts.
The customer has never came into the store to resolve any issues at this time. We are waiting for them to come in so we can make the proper arrangements.

This is Collette *** and I would like to extend my deepest thank yous for fast professional response. Since the complaint has been made to your office I have since heard from district manager. A Mr *** he was very polite and efficient in his calls today we have came to a resolution to our problem, Hakim Optical is going to refund the cost of the safety glasses to us and fix the pair that is broken free of charge if said broken pair is not proper fit for husband they will fit with appropriate frames.. Again I give my deepest thank yous for the hard work.
