Well we policy is only for factory defects not for any damage caused by the users we already offer this person to pay $40 for a new screen which is 40% off from the original price the screen is full apple screen and I can prob it the warranty cover only bad pixel,decoloration,no responsive... screens,black screen,white screens but not a physical damage unfortunately we can refund for this kind a damage and I don't think any company on Phoenix have this kind a warranty I'm apologize for any inconvenience and because is aloe about the quality the $40 offer is not more valid.

We DO NOT ACCEPT their attempting to sell us an additional screen. We already purchased their replacement screen service and it lasted less than THREE HOURS. As indicated by Apple, the screen installation was improperly performed and/or defective, thus causing the cracks. As indicated, they (the cracks) INITIATED FROM THE SPEAKER HOLE, and were not damaged due to impact to the phone screen. We demand a FULL REFUND.

After seeing his ad on Craigslist, my son took his iphone to Halcon Computer Repair for a screen replacement. The new screen lasted ONLY 3 HOURS before cracking outward from the speaker hole. He refused to take care of it, only saying "wow" when he saw the pic of the defective screen. We took it to the Apple store and they indicated it was an IMPROPER INSTALLATION of a non-Apple replacement screen. If you want a replacement screen that lasts more than 3 hours on your phone, AVOID THIS GUY. This is likely he wants CASH ONLY for his work.

I was told if he could not fix my gaming console he would refund my complete payment he lied and only gave me half cuz of parts he used which he didn't. I will never go to this rip off person again.

I was very happy to have finally found a genuine local computer hardware technician that can do surface mount computer board level repair. I run a small computer refurbishing, sales and repair, shop. I usually scrap any laptops with computer motherboard issues. The cost of reflow and repair is insane, hundreds of dollars. In most cases you can buy a new computer cheaper than replacing or repairing a laptop motherboard. [redacted] has never failed to impress me with his, one of a kind, gifted rework and troubleshooting skills. His prices and repair turnaround time are amazing and he guarantees all his work. His is prices are super low because you don’t get a middle man marking it up the repair, and then sending the work out of shop . Those guys usually take weeks to get your computer back to you. It has never taken [redacted] more than 24 hours to repair my computer equipment or give you a straight up answer about repairing my laptops. I Recommend him to anyone needing computer repair work.

I found Halcon computer on [redacted]. I brought my computer to his home. He fixed my computer as I waited. He was able to remove several Trojans. Price is VERY reasonable. It is not a show neighborhood, but he is honest and efficient and very reasonable...highly recommend. I plan to use him again.

Excellent Service. Got my computer back in top condition, and even though my hard drive had to be re-written, they saved all they could for me. Very timely! Had my computer in and out in one day. Reasonable pricing also. Very satisfied customer.
